As our first Membership Director, you are Stage + Table’s most visible brand ambassador.

You are passionate about food, drinks, community and connecting people. With guidance and support from the company founder, you crush growth goals for yourself and the company. Since you‘re an expert on all of the club’s amenities, features and programs, you’re responsible for building meaningful relationships with S+T prospective (and current) members, ensuring they have the best experience here possible.

We’re looking for someone who can help us solidify our presence in Santa Monica, then support expansion to additional markets in 2019 and beyond.

~ Base Salary + Bonus (Target annual compensation $100k+)

~ Own and lead new member acquisition efforts
~ Develop a pipeline of prospects from an existing network + new outreach to our target demographic
~ Attend S+T events to build rapport with current members and prospect guests
~ Immerse yourself in our community and get to know our amazing members
~ Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals
~ Attend local networking events
~ Display, have knowledge of and participate in the club’s events

~ 7-10 years experience in sales
~ Previous membership sales experience
~ An entrepreneurial spirit
~ Confidence to perform on an incentive-laden comp plan
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
~ Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition
~ Sense of humor
~ Personal passion for hospitality
~ Enjoy working closely with a small team
~ Strong time management skills and practices
~ Willing and able to work some weeknight/weekend evenings
~ Reside in West LA
~ Familiarity with Saigon Jenga (Optional)
